Your purchase is backed by our comprehensive one-year warranty, giving you complete peace of mind. If your item has any defects, simply contact us within one year of the date of purchase, and we will promptly replace it or offer you a suitable alternative. We generally do not need you to return the item to us, as we can usually diagnose and resolve problems without delay.

What our warranty covers:

  • Protection against defects resulting from defects in materials and workmanship.
  • All defects are covered for a period of 12 months.
  • All claims are limited to repair or replacement of the product only and do not include shipping costs.

What our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse or unauthorized modification, installation or repair.
  • Consumable items such as battery packs or light sources (bulbs). Please note that our battery manufacturers offer a separate one-year warranty on batteries, covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
  • The effective life of the battery, as it is primarily influenced by usage habits and maintenance practices over time.

  • Explanation of the problem
  • Defective merchandise must be returned to Deurne, Belgium.
  • After verification of the product, replacement or repair of the item only and does not include transport costs.
  • If the item you purchased is no longer available, we will offer you either a similar product or a voucher to use at Candle Concept, for an amount corresponding to a proportional deduction between the return date and the date purchase
