Right of withdrawal for consumers

Any return must first be confirmed with our agreement by email by Candle Concept. See exceptions.

You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to form an opinion. In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation.

We will confirm the return address for your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) that we provide you for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (as well as any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for this reimbursement. We may delay reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14 day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Custom made

In our product range, there are several products that are tailor-made. On these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We speak of personalization if the product is in a size or color chosen by you and is manufactured. Our lampshades, for example, are generally made to measure when the customer orders with the fabric chosen.

Also, all product orders that are not in stock and must be restocked and recommended to the manufacturer or one of our suppliers for your order cannot be canceled.

 

Right of withdrawal for professional customers

For professional customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products and/or our service, please contact us.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In our product range, there are several products that are tailor-made. On these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We speak of personalization if the product in a size or color chosen by you is made or especially for you with a chosen image or fabric. Also all orders for products not in stock and needing to be restocked and recommended to the manufacturer for your order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for commercial purposes. Under certain conditions, we can take back unused materials from stock. Please contact us for more information.
