Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Candle Concept within five (2) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Candle Concept Customer Service by email or fax (must be in writing). Please note that custom orders are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Candle Concept will not accept complait of delivery if not inform within 2 day of receiving your order in writting. 


If general Candle Concept offer a warranty of (1) one  year on the candle LED & Charger under normal use from the date of your invoice. PLease refer to our terms & conditions to see  if you apply under the warranty.

Within 7 days , we will inspect your product when arrived in our wharehouse and contact your if there is extra charge to you to repair or replace it.
